Dog grooming is my passion!
Being a dog/animal lover my whole life, I truly understand the bond that forms with your pup. The thought of someone else handling your family member can be nerve-racking. I understand completely!
With 19 years experience, one of my strengths is my gentle touch. I truly believe in handling dogs the way I would want to be handled. Gently and respectfully.
I do not have a van. I come to the house with all my own equipment.
I am a true perfectionist.
I believe a job worth doing is worth doing right!
I'm very excited to be living my dream of running my own Dog Grooming business.

Bath -proper inspection of skin(medicated shampoo available for itchy skin), blow dry, brush/comb check, ear and eye cleaning, clipping, hand scissoring, cut and file nails, anal glands (if needed), proper inspection of feet, (foxtails)
Flea and tick inspection
Ask about cat pedicure and manicure services!
This is a charge by the hour service.

A regular grooming normally takes 2 hours.
$95/hour -small dogs
$120/hour -medium dogs
$150/hour large dogs
$180/hour -extra large (St. Bernard, Great Dane, etc)

I could not have been more impressed with the Kirstie provided my dog. She was clearly knowledgeable about the details of my dogs needs and showed extreme care in the process. I especially liked that she did the grooming in my home which extremely reduced my dogs anxiety. I also want to emphasize how professional Kirstie was in responding to my initial inquiry and her communication throughout the process. I have had tremendous problems in getting a groomer to respond to my calls, and have even been stood up by other groomers. Even though an appointment was scheduled. I highly recommend Kirstie for grooming your dogs. She has been grooming my dogs for 10 years! They absolutely love her, and completely trust her. Kirstie has been the absolute best dog groomer we have experienced in the Santa Barbara area. We tried a few others and none compare to her professionalism and expertise. She is always on time and our little dog is so delighted she’s here he always runs out to greet her. Right from the very beginning they bonded- she has a gentle but firm spirit that puts my pup at ease. He looks absolutely adorable after his grooming and gets many compliments on his walks. A huge shout out to owner of Go Show ‘Em Dog Grooming Kirstie McCormick. When we adopted Tucker 2 years ago, he had been severely abused. He was fearful, skittish, and trusted no one. I knew he was going to have to be groomed on a schedule. I also knew there was no way I was going to be able to drop him off at a groomer and pick him up later. I needed a mobile groomer so I could stay with him during his grooming. Down our walkway came one of the most kind and caring people I have ever met. Tucker, of course, was filled with anxiety and distrust. I gave Kirstie some treats and we walked outside to my backyard. She sat on the ground with him for 45 minutes talking to him in a kind, soft, and encouraging voice until finally Tucker edged forward and took a treat from her. She was patient and worked her magic. Lo and behold was finally able to pick him up and start grooming him. It was really a sight to behold. She visits us every 6 weeks and is now able to trim his nails, give him a bath with a massage and haircut. She gives him a beautiful trim, and cleans his ears. All the while she is playing calming and relaxing spa music while speaking sweetly and quietly to him through the entire experience. It is a genuinely relaxing experience for my anxious little guy. He looks like a million bucks when she’s done! She has been doing this for 19 years. She’s very knowledgeable on so many things. I highly recommend Kirstie without hesitation.
